Ano... Yes, this is unfinished. I will have it finished soon... hopefully. -Eri

| Eri-chan no RANT! Ok, so I did it again. I posted an unfinished page. A very unfinished page. And I have no good excuse. I spent my day watching Pride and Prejudice, reading 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, taking one very long nap, and generally goofing off. Naturally, you’d think that with all this free time, I could finish the first page of chapter three. But noooooooooooo… instead I post some raw, unfinished line-art with the text that will be on the final page whenever I get around to finishing it. I’m just lazy that way. So ha. Anyway, I woke up this morning with a splitting headache. The headache I went to bed with was even worse after eight hours of rest, and it was even upsetting my stomach. I spent the first three of my waking hours waiting for the blasted medication to kick in curled up on the couch. Tylenol is my hero. After that, I did some laundry, called the University of Tulsa on scholarship matters, watched a six hour movie with my little sister, went out to lunch at my favorite restaurant with my family, went to the credit union, cleaned my room, and fell asleep in my reading chair. I woke up for dinner, which was very yummy, and then ended up back in my reading chair with my copy of The Omnibus Jules Verne, which (naturally) is so gripping that it was something like 9:00 PM by the time it occurred to me that I was supposed to post something tonight… 0_o. Sorry ‘bout that. Anyway, my plans for London are really coming together! I got three of my first-choice classes for next semester and one second-runner-up. I’m not going to get to take “Buddhist Asia,” but I *will* get to take “Ethnography of Southern Asia,” which will probably be great ^_^. As a foreign student, I’m guaranteed housing near campus, which is going to be nice, and I get to cook for myself for a semester, which is also nice. According to my little booklet on the matter, I’ll also be able to have a guest in my room for up to three days every week, so you wonderful people in and around London can come and visit me (granted that you happen to be a girl, considering I only have the one room). The real problem will probably lie in purchasing airplane tickets and train tickets to get me to campus. I’m left to fend completely for myself, which is a bit scary. I’ll be hauling three bags onto a train with me to get me to Goldsmiths. One of them is guaranteed to be a very large and very heavy bag. Not a happy prospect. The second and third bags will be my backpack and my laptop respectively, so that won’t pose such a problem, but my suitcase is HUGE. We’ll see what happens. I’m desperately hoping I’ll be able to find affordable tickets for September, while we’re at it. We’ll see. Off I go to continue to be a lazy bum. I’ll have the page up just as soon as I motivate myself to color and shade it. Love- Eri-chan |
Sarai no RANT! Well, it's been one of those weeks again .... I'm posting both of this week's rants on Saturday .... and, as usual, when I do that, they're both going to be the same rant. Well, I'm going to keep this short, as I'm currently at my grandparents' home, and -- well, I don't need to be spending all that much time on the computer. And anyway, there isn't really much news. The only thing coming up is that I'm going to be visiting Eri-chan in August. Assuming everything works out, anyway; but since I already have the plane tickets....... Well, I just hope she isn't working too much while I'm there, so we'll be able to talk! Later! Sarai |
